Norwegian Air shuttle leaders agree to sell some of their subscription rights to raise emergency funds

The chief executive and board Chair of the company has agreed to sell some of their subscription rights to raise capital. The shares are sold at a 30% discount of face value and will dilute the percentage stake the leaders have in the company. The company’s shares fell sharply (15%) after the announcement of the emergency fundraising of £268m.
