Vincent Bolloré, Vivendi's largest shareholder, will give his seat on the supervisory board to his son Cyrille Bolloré at the next annual general meeting of the media and entertainment group. In a previous statement, Vincent Bolloré said that he plans to hand over his business to all his children. This comes after his other son, Yannick Bolloré, took over his role as Chair last year. In April 2018, the French billionaire stepped down as Chairman of Vivendi following bribery allegations in Africa.
