Women across MENA are making strides in societal advancement, with increased workforce participation. Though, as AKTIS data demonstrates, there is still room for improvement in the boardroom. Diversity means tackling the same idea in different ways, which can lead to better decisions. It is important to set an example at the top, as it can have a trickle-down effect within the company.
